This 6-week taster aims to encourage you to practice regularly, making it part of your spiritual development ‘tool-kit.’ This will help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and how to feel centred to become more spiritually grounded and aligned.
What you’ll get from regular meditation practice:
Reduced stress and anxiety by learning effective relaxation techniques
– Improved focus, concentration, and mental clarity
– Enhanced emotional well-being and resilience
– Mood boost and overall sense of happiness
– Greater self-awareness and self-acceptance
– Improved sleep quality and overall physical health
Structure:
Over the six weeks, you will learn various techniques, including:
*Mindfulness meditation
*Loving-kindness meditation
*Body scan meditation
*Guided imagery meditation (Storytelling)
*Movement meditation (e.g., yoga, tai chi, walking, grounding)
The Sessions:
There are 5 sessions per week, 4 of them in the morning, with one evening session. All are held ONLINE. Extras include 1 recorded guided meditation shared each week. The ‘Align and Attune’ session is unguided, which allows you to develop the discipline while tapping into the collective conscious of a community who will be doing the meditation at the same time (or at least the same day!)
